Privacy policy

Data controller: Primo Conciergerie (primoconciergerie.eu).

Data collected

First name, last name, email, phone, simulated property details (town, type, price, size, personal weeks, optional listing link) and free message. A non-reversible hash of the IP address is used temporarily to prevent abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

Sending you the requested study and contacting you about your project, based on your consent. Data is never sold or transferred.

Retention

3 years from the last contact, then deletion.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to us via the contact form or at contact@primopatrimoine.com. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

• Netlify: website hosting and storage of requests
• Resend: confirmation emails
• Zapier: forwarding requests to our tracking tool
• Google: request-tracking spreadsheet and meeting calendar
• Cloudflare: anti-bot protection of forms (Turnstile)

Transfers outside the European Union

Netlify, Resend, Zapier and Google are providers based in the United States, or part of a group based there: the data they process on our behalf may be transferred there. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, namely the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or otherwise the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
