Honfleur has some of the lowest prices per m² in our study, from a median €3,170 for a house to €3,520 for a studio. Its studios reach the highest whole-town yield of the 11 study towns, all property types combined: 7.24%, for a median price of €100,000 and €7,244 a year net of fees.
Houses follow at 6.07%: a median price of €257,500 across 100 sales, for €15,619 a year. Beyond 800 m from the shore, 2-bedroom flats sell for a median €180,000, a yield of 6.48%.

1-bedroom flats in Honfleur: location drives the yield
- Near the sea (250 to 800 m): median price €167,000, yield 4.87% (19 sales, limited sample)
- Inland (> 800 m from the shore): median price €139,000, yield 5.86% (53 sales)
